ALL NEW ENGINES ARE BASED OFF THE NEWER CT70 HEAD ANDTRANSMISSION, WHICH ARE DIFFERENT THAN THE OLD 90'S

1. YOU WILL NEED A LOWER REAR ENGINE MOUNT ADAPTOR (HOLE DON'T LINE UP)
1a. BIKES WITH 3 MOTOR MOUNT BOLTS WILL ONLY USE 2 WITH THE NEW ENGINES

2. YOU WILL NEED A FOOTREST ADAPTOR PLATE (DIFFERENT BOLT PATTERN)

3. YOU WILL NEED A NEW EXHAUST OR HAVE YOUR OLD ONE A (CUT AND WELDED) FOR THE SMALLER PORT ON THE NEW ENGINES. (GET A NEW SMALL PORT ONE)
3a. CT90 OWNERS CAN USE A CT110 MUFFLER FOR SOME REASON HONDA PUT THE SMALLER PORT HEAD PIPE ON THEM SO THEY WILL BOLT RIGHT UP ??
3b. DON'T FORGET THE 50/70/CT110 EXHAUST DONUT YOU WILL NEED AT LEAST ONE

4. CT90K1 TO 1979 OWNERS IF YOU WANT TO USE THE STOCK AIR FILTER SYSTEM YOU WILL NEED TO BUY THE CT110 INTAKE MANIFOLD/PIPE.
4a. ALL NON CT90 OWNERS WILL NEED TO USE A NEW 50/70 INTAKE PIPE AND CLAMP ON FILTER (OR BECOME A REAL GOOD BLACKSMITH)

5. AND THE HIGHEST OF ALL HURDLES IS THE ELECTRICAL.
5a. YOU HAVE TO DECIDE TO STAY 6V OR SWITCH ALL BULBS AND BATTERY TO 12V (6V HORN IS FINE FOR SHORT BURSTS) WE SELL BOTH 6V AND 12V REGULATOR RECTIFIERS.
5b. BECAUSE THE OLD 90'S WERE A BATTERY POWERED COIL, THE KEY SWITCH AND KILL SWITCH (IF YOU HAVE ONE) WILL NOT WORK WITH THE NEW CDI SYSTEM. (AGAIN CT90 OWNERS, A CT110 KEY SWITCH WILL FIX THE KEY SWITCH ISSUE BUT THE KILL SWITCH NOT SO MUCH.
5c. WE MAKE A VERY EXPENSIVE WIRE CROSS OVER KIT FOR THE CT90'S BUT IF YOUR SAVY WITH A WIRE DIAGRAM YOU DON'T NEED IT,, JUST A BUNCH OF PRIMARY WIRE AND SOME CONNECTORS (DO NOT ASK US FOR HELP IF YOU GO THAT ROUTE) (:
