@ SUB_HARNESS FOR_CONNECTING MOST_CLONES TO_OLDER_HONDA'S (SUB_W_1.5) IN THE BLUE BOX =
"WHITE" WIRE IS AC FROM STATOR THAT GOES TO THE RECTIFIER TO CHARGE THE BATTERY
"BLACK WITH WHITE STRIP" WIRE IS FOR A KILL SWITCH OR KEY SWITCH
"YELLOW" WIRE IS AC FROM STATOR TO THE RECTIFIER/REGULATOR FOR RUNNING HEADLIGHT OR CHARGING BATTERY
"LIGHT GREEN WITH RED STRIPE" WIRE IS FOR THE NEUTRAL LIGHT
IF YOU HAVE LIGHTS AND OR WANT TO CHARGE A BATTERY YOU WILL MOST LIKELY NEED A SUB-W-12-12-6-6 AND A 6V OR 12V RECTIFIER/REGULATOR. MOST CLONES COME WITH A 12V REG/REC

@ 12V_or_6V CT70 REGULATOR RECTIFIER_PIGTAIL CLICK FOR_INSTRUCTIONS (SUB_W_12/12/6/6) (S1255)YOU CAN USE A 12V REG/REC & BATTERY WITH THIS COMBINATION (MUST CHANGE ALL LIGHTS).... OR USE THE 6V REG/REC AND USE THE STOCK BATTERY AND LIGHTS....PIC SHOWS 12V... BUT JUST LEAVE THE STOCK BATTERY IN FOR 6 VOLT
NOTE!! the yellow wire coming out of the reg/rec never has it's own power,,
it just "T's" into the yellow wire that comes from the engine's stator wire, that then goes to the headlight dimmer switch.
it takes excess voltage and delivers it back to ground. thus the regulator part of the regulator/rectifier.
