PUT OLD MOTOR IN "OLD MOTOR HOME"

NO MORE COIL DOWN THERE, BUT WE WILL ADD THE CDI COIL IN THE SAME PLACE

THE BLACK WIRE GET PLUGGED INTO THE NEW SUB WIRE HARNESS

WE ARE GOING TO LET THE GREEN WIRE JUST DANGLE AS THE COIL WILL BE GROUND TO THE FRAME


SCREW ONE OF THE NUTS FROM THE OLD COIL ON THE STUD OF THE NEW_CDI COIL


THEN PUT THE COIL IN THE FRONT HOLE OF THE OLD COIL'S MOUNTING HOLES AND_TIGHTEN


LACE THE PLUG WIRE OUT THE FRONT HOLE AND THE MAIN SUB_HARNESS UP_THRU THE FRAME

BRING THE MAIN SUB HARNESS AS FAR OUT AS IT WILL COME


IT SHOULD GO THIS FAR TOWARDS THE TAIL LIGHT BRACKET


THE OLD BLACK WIRE THAT WENT TO THE OLD COIL WE WILL ALSO LEAVE DANGLE

WE GOT LUCKY ALL THE COLORS WERE A MATCH / THE NEUTRAL WIRE DON'T GET USED ON THE KO MODELS


TO USE THE NEUTRAL WIRE JUST SPLICE THE LIGHT GREEN STRIPED WIRES AND TUCK THEM INSIDE THE FRAME


TUCK ALL THE WIRES INSIDE THE FRAME / SOME OF THE FEMALE BULLET CONNECTORS NEED PINCHED TIGHTER


ADD CHAIN CARB EXHAUST ETC.
