YOUR OLD COIL, AS THIS ONE HAS A MOUNTING HOLE. BUT

I'M SURE TO SAVE $30.00+ YOU CAN MAKE THIS ONE FIT IN THE OLD

RUBBER MOUNTING GROMMET.

SOME 1980 AND 1981'S MAY NOT HAVE TWO SPADE CONNECTORS,, IF

YOURS DON'T HAVE,, JUST RUN A GROUND WIRE FROM THE GREEN

TERMINAL ON THE COIL TO SOME WHERE ON THE FRAME, SO IT

GROUNDS....

THIS SHOULD WORK WITH ANY HONDA CDI TYPE ATC'S

ALSO CAN WORK ON THE TRX70 AND FL250'S

WILL NOT WORK ON ATC90'S OR ATC110'S OLDER THAN 1981

NO SPARK ON YOUR 1980 TO 1984 HONDA ATC OR TRX 185 200 ????

If you have not tired a different CDI unit yet, i would tell you to just hold on and try the new one first before doing anything else.

I don't trust any OHM readings after many years of trying to test ignition circuits. they always seem to lead one down a wrong path with the Honda 185 and 200 ATVs and others too.

CDI units are the shi-s some can work one day test good and then the next day let you down..

the only items you need good to have spark on your ATC110 ATC125 ATC185 ATC200 TRX200 is a good / flywheel + key / exciter winding / trigger coil / cdi / cdi main ign. coil / good plug cap / good plug / good ground to the engine and frame / good kill switch / and good key switch /
