turn the flywheel till both valves are closed / free play on both rocker arms loosen the horizontal screw and lock nut screw the worm screw up till it gently stops tighten the horizontal screw and then the lock nut then back the worm screw back until the bottom with flat blade is level with the edge of the hole you access it through then replace the bottom cap and your done
