just my advice, to make the engine live a longer life after rebuild ---
remove everything on both sides of the main crankcases (everything you can get off)
YOU DON'T HAVE TO SPLIT THE MAIN CASES, BUT IT WOULD BE BETTER YES
and flush out the main tranny, CRANK TOO,, when you get in there you will see why
for sure remove the clutches and again you will see why
