THE 54MM CYLINDERS HAVE SUCH A SMALL DISTANCE BETWEEN THE BORE AND THE CYLINDER STUD HOLES THAT IT IS HARD TO GET A STANDARD PAPER GASKET TO HOLD, SO USE THIS ALLOY GASKET, IT ALSO DISAPATES THE HEAT FASTER. FOR SOME COMBO'S THE 2MM GASKET WILL GIVE A LITTLE BIT MORE PISTON CLEARANCE, AND OR A LITTLE LESS COMPRESSION.
