"I just rec'd the 93-95 TRX Revl neutral switchs that I ordered for my 81 C70 and after taking some measurements, i installed it in the bike and it works fine. I didn't have to do the mods that you suggested. Just thought I'd let you know. It may stop working once it wears in, because its very close."

MODS NEEDED TO WORK ON C70'S.... THE YELLOW AREA UNDER LIP MUST BE GROUND DOWN TO ALLOW FOR SOME NOT ALL OF THE "BLUE MARKED" LENGTH DIFFERENCE (CAN_REPLACE_OEM#_35600-174-671)
DON'T GRIND OFF TOO MUCH READ ABOUT 256F HOLDING PLATE BELOW
265E IS A 2ND CHOICE IF WE ARE OUT OF THE RED TRX90 CONTACTS - IT WORKS JUST AS GOOD
SO IF ALL 4 OF THE ABOVE WEAK LINK ISSUES ARE RESOLVED (AND_STILL_NOT_STARTING) THEN TEST THE SOLENOID --- WHEN THE START BUTTON IS PUSHED YOU SHOULD GET A CLICK NOISE AND VOLTAGE BETWEEN THE TWO STUD BOLTS SHOULD GO FROM NO VOLTAGE TO 6+ VOLTS OF DC CURRENT
SOLENOID LOOKS GOOD THEN TEST THE STARTER --- USE AN OLD SCREWDRIVER AND SHORT THE TWO SOLINOID TERMINAL DIRECTLY WITH EACH OTHER -- 100% CONNECTION -- THE STARTER SHOULD SPIN UNTILL YOU RELEASE THE SCREWDRIVER -- IF NOT THE STARTER NEEDS REBUILT
