ALL C70 PASSPORTS Z50R'S 1988 TO 1999 ALL XR50'S CRF50'S XR70R'S CFR70'S ATC70'S TRX70'S From the past 50 years my observations have been ,, don't measure any Honda semi auto clutch plates steel or fiber (: For the fiber plates replace them, for the steel plates if they look burnt or have obvious wear lines replace them. but for the most part the steel plates just need the face surfaces ruffed up with emery cloth or what i like is to run them through the sand blaster. No matter how much too thin the plates measure if the center hub spins in both directions it is put together wrong period thanks jack 13B @ TEST YOUR CLUTCH REBUILD,, BEFORE YOU PUT IT BACK ON !!!!!SEE THE PICTURE, (CLICK ON IT ONE MORE TIME) THIS INSTRUCTION WILL WORK THE SAME ON ALL 50 TO 110/125CC SEMI AUTO CLUTCHES, LIKE THE Z50 CT70 CT90 CT110 ATC90 ATC110 ATC125'S ALL HAD.. IF IT DON'T SPIN ONE WAY BUT NOT THE OTHER THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG AND IT WON'T WORK AFTER ALL PUT BACK IN... HOLD THE OUTER ALUMINUM HOUSING IN ONE HAND AND SPIN THE CENTER GEAR WITH YOUR OTHER. WHEN I SAY IT SPINS FREELY IN ONE DIRECTION, I MEAN IT WILL SPIN CONTINUOUSLY, IT MAY HAVE (SOME_RESISTANCE) TO IT AS IT SPINS.
