@ C2 70CC CYLINDER KIT CYLINDER PISTON RINGS PIN CLIPS GASKETS SEALS

I HAD THE FACTORY INSTALL THE RINGS AND THEN THE PISTON INTO THE CYLINDER, SO

1. SLIDE THE CYLINDER DOWN THE STUDS ABOUT HALF WAY,, THEN GENTLY PUSH THE TOP OF THE PISTON DOWN UNTILL THE PISTON PIN HOLE IS JUST BARELY BUT COMPLETELY SHOWING,

2. TWIST THE SKIRT ON THE BOTTOM TO MAKE THE PISTON'S "IN" OR INTAKE VALVE CUTAWAY POINT DIRECTLY TO THE TOP

3. INSTALL ONE OF THE PIN CLIPS (YES VERY TRICKY) BEST TO PUT A CLEAN RAG IN THE OPENING TO THE TRANNY CASE SO A CLIP DONT GO FLYING DOWN INTO IT ):

4. SLIDE THE PIN IN AND THROUGH THE CONNECTING ROD END AND INSTALL THE 2ND CLIP (TAKE A DEEP BREATH THE HARD PART IS NOW OVER) YAHOOOOO

5. TAKE A CLEAN LINT FREE CLOTH OR PAPER TOWEL AND "GENTLY" WIPE THE INSIDE OF THE CYLINDER OUT, THEN ADD SOME CLEAN OIL TO A CLEAN RAG AND ADD A FILM OF OIL TO THE CYLINDER INSIDE. (I USE A CLEAN FINGER)

6. REMOVE YOUR RAG IN THE TRANNY OPENING IF YOU USED ONE, MAKE SURE THE GASKET AND OIL SEAL RING IS IN PLACE YET.

7. GRIP THE CYLINDER TOP AND THE PISTON BOTTOM WITH A HAND ON EACH SIDE AND SQUEESE THE PISTON UP INTO THE CYLINDER UNTILL IT IS FLUSH WITH THE BOTTOM OF THE CYLINDER.

8. NOW SLOWLEY SLIDE THE CYLINDER DOWN THE STUDS AND INTO THE MAIN TRANNY CASES, UNTILL THE CYLINDER IS SQUEESING/HOLDING THE OIL SEAL RING INTO PLACE

DONE WITH THE CYLINDER (:
